Lessons in Leadership Series

The Lessons in Leadership series offers monthly half-day workshops for leadership professionals to enhance their skills. These interactive sessions feature faculty and local experts, covering productivity strategies, AI tools, resilience, and self-care. Workshops cost $150 each, with discounts for bulk purchases. The series is ideal for leaders looking to grow efficiency, manage stress, and prioritize well-being.

For Future Leaders

Leadership Oswego County

Leadership Oswego County is a professional development legacy program offered by SUNY Oswego aimed at fostering future leaders and active community members in Oswego County. Through a structured nine-month program, participants gain insights into local challenges, resources, and leadership practices while building skills through workshops and community-driven projects. Graduates often contribute to boards, organizations, and civic activities, promoting collaboration and regional growth. The program emphasizes diversity and prepares individuals to drive positive changes in the county

The Research Foundation for SUNY, on behalf of SUNY Oswego, seeks skilled consultants to partner with the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA). These consultants will deliver specialized services and training programs in key areas, including employee and manager skill development, worker-client relationship enhancement, and other targeted topics.

The Superintendent Development Program offered through a partnership between SUNY Oswego and GST BOCES will be discontinued following the 2024 cohort. We encourage you to consult with your district leadership team for recommendations for alternative options.
