With the number of clubs and organizations on campus, you can continue doing the things you already love or branch out and try something new. Participating in student clubs and organizations is a great way to build friendships while learning leadership skills and responsibility.
Last year, Oswego students donated 44,000 hours of service to the community. We offer a variety of community service commitments like our daylong beach clean-up, weeklong alternative breaks building houses or helping communities in need and semester-long commitments with Adopt-A-Grandparent, among many other options. To optimize your experience, you can often coordinate your community service with your major.
