
Cultural Dynamics: Leading with Cross-Cultural Agility
Lillian Evans, she/her, is a native Buckeye (Ohioan) is a dedicated higher education educator. Previously, Lillian served as an associate Dean of Students and Director of Multicultural Student Affairs at The College of Wooster, where she spent her time advancing initiatives aimed at fostering an equitable and inclusive environment. Her commitment lies in creating institutions where students, staff, and faculty can all thrive.
Lillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Mount Union and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel from Kent State University. She is passionate about creating an equity-focused experience for academia.
Lillian is hopeful to create spaces where folks not only include but also a sense of profound pride in the places they call "home".
