Writing Assistance
Writing assistance sessions are held for one hour and conveniently follow the SUNY Oswego class meeting schedule. These sessions can be scheduled for:
Essay/Research Paper
Get guidance on any stage of your essay or research paper, from brainstorming and thesis development to organization, citation and revision.
Creative Writing
Work on your poetry, fiction, scripts, nonfiction or other creative projects! Receive feedback on structure, voice, originality and audience.
Lab Report
Need help writing or polishing your lab report? We can work on formatting, clarity, including data, and crafting strong introductions or conclusions.
Graduate School/Fellowship Applications
Make your application stand out! Schedule an appointment with Dr. Lyn Blanchfield, our Fulbright Program Advisor, if you're writing for graduate school or fellowships.
Other Writing
For any writing assignment at the college level (including reflection, reading responses, personal statements or scholarship essays, cover letters, workshop critiques, etc.) we’ll help you communicate effectively.
