OLS offers free peer tutoring, academic coaching, writing assistance and technology help for all SUNY Oswego students.
During a scheduled session, tutees can ask questions, practice problems, review previously graded assignments, develop a study plan, outline, edit and cite writing assignments, practice presentations, learn pieces of technology and much more!
To get the most from your session, bring your class notes, previous assignments, textbook and attempted assignments with you.
Resources
In addition to services, OLS offers learning resources for students to use and borrow. Textbooks, calculators and and class specific manipulatives are among the most popular resources OLS has on reserve. To request a learning resource for borrow or use, see the desk attendant at OLS. Supplies
Basic office supplies such as graph paper, index cards, post-it notes, hi-lighters, colored pencils, markers, glue, tape, scissors, hole punches, construction paper, protractors, rulers and compasses are available for use during sessions. If you have a project that requires crafting, feel free to complete it at OLS.
Space
