Paid Family Leave program (PFL)
Effective January 1, 2019, the Paid Family Leave program (PFL) will become available to MC13 and UUP-represented employees.
PFL provides job-protected, paid leave for eligible employees to bond with a new child, care for a loved one with a serious health condition, and assist with relieving family pressures when a loved one is called to active military service abroad.

We are very excited to announce that the Office of the State Comptroller has implemented a new service, NYS Payroll Online! All employees on the State payroll will have access to this service, which will allow you to:
*Opt out of receiving paper pay stubs
*View and print your earnings statement
*Change your State and Federal tax withholdings
*View and print current and prior year W-2s
