2025 UUP PEP Announcement

The 2025 Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) allows eligible employees represented by UUP to exchange vacation leave for a credit to be applied toward their health insurance premium. The PEP Credit will be applied to biweekly paychecks issued between January 1st and December 31st of 2025.

 The enrollment period for the 2025 calendar year is from November 1, 2024 to December 09, 2024.

2025 CSEA PEP Announcement

The 2025 Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) allows eligible employees represented by CSEA to exchange vacation and/or personal leave for a credit to be applied toward their health insurance premium.  The PEP Credit will be applied to biweekly paychecks issued between January 1st to December 31st of 2025.

2025 Flex Spending Open Enrollment

The open enrollment period for 2025 Flex Spending Account is November 1, 2024 to December 09, 2024. The Flex Spending Account (FSA) includes the Dependent Care Advantage Account (DCAAccount) and the HealthCare Spending Account (HCSAccount).

October Wellness Group Calendar

The Office of Mental Health offers all employees an opportunity to practice various coping skills and strengthen their resilience through OMH Wellness Groups, which aligns with OMH’s vision of supporting a healthy workplace environment. The groups include deep breathing and simulation exercises to allow employees to practice rather than have group discussions. Group sessions offer a warm, inviting space that fosters relaxation virtually and provides examples of calming techniques and basic coping skills.

Title VI Training Technical Difficulty Suggestions

Recent Legislation and Impact to Office Assistant 3 Series and Payroll Examiner 1 & 2 Exams

This communication is to make you aware of Chapter 307 of the Laws of 2024 which provides that provisional employees who receive a permanent appointment to the same title immediately following their provisional service shall have all time spent provisionally in such title credited towards the qualifications required to take a promotional examination as well as for eligibility for appointment from the resulting eligible list.   This law went into effect on September 4, 2024.  Further guidance from the Department of Civil Service regarding the implementation of this l
