The Office of Human Resources would like to remind all New York State employees who contributed to a "Flex Spending Account" (FSA) in 2022, that the plan year ends on December 31, but you still have 90 days from this date to send in documentation of qualifying expenses you incurred during the plan year. So, you have until March 31, 2023 to submit claims for services rendered from January 1 through December 31 of the preceding year.

NYS & Local Retirement System (ERS) Member Annual Statement (MAS)

This is a reminder that ERS will be distributing during the months of May & June the MAS which contains valuable information that can help members understand their retirement benefits and plan for the future.

ERS will be mailing your MAS directly to your home address. Statements are provided directly to a member's home address, so it is important that ERS have the member's current contact information on file.
