Voya Campus Visit

Our Voya Financial representative, Aaron Cahill, will be holding one-on-one in person meetings on Wednesday, October 4th at the Marano Campus Center Room 239.

Help with optional retirement plan (ORP) and Voluntary 403b retirement plan enrollment/changes, and get answers to your investment, planning, and protection questions. 

Volunteer Service Form

There are many University departments whose services are supplemented by volunteers. In recognition of the valuable role they play, official volunteers are covered under the University’s Workers’ Compensation and Liability protection insurance policies. Departments who utilize volunteers in providing University services must have each new volunteer complete a SUNY Oswego Volunteer Services Form and submit to the Office of Human Resources for an official record of service.

SUNY Self-Service Options

As a reminder, SUNY Oswego employees can access the Human Resources Self-Service module which allows employees to update personnel information via the SUNY HR portal (same system used for time and attendance). It is a good time of year to take a look at your information and make any necessary updates!

TIAA Campus Visit

TIAA retirement representative Darryl Fiasconaro will be available for one-on-one consultations on Thursday, September 21st from 9:00am - 4:00pm . This will be held in the Marano Campus Center room 226.

GOER Pre-Retirement Planning 2-day Program

We are pleased to let you know that the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations (GOER) Work Life Services (WLS) will again offer virtual Fall 2023 NYS Pre-Retirement DIRECTIONS Sessions from September – December 2023. Using the WexEx platform, these live sessions will be conducted bi-weekly over 2 days using the following schedule and agenda:
