Leigh joined the SUNY Oswego Residence Life and Housing team in 2013. As Senior Associate Director for the Residential Experience, Leigh works collaboratively with a wide range of campus partners to support the overall success of a holistic residential community focused on student learning. Leigh provides leadership, strategic planning, oversight, and supervision of the residential experience including residential education, student support, staff recruitment and development, and assessment. Leigh is a proud alum of Hamilton College where she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology. She also holds a Master's of Science degree in College Student Development & Counseling from Northeastern University. Outside of work, Leigh enjoys photography, interior decorating, walks with the family dog, and her "second job" chauffeuring her two kids to all their extracurricular activities.
