Frank Parsons

Frank has worked in Residence Life for almost 8 years. He began as a part-time Residence Director at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem PA. He then moved to SUNY Cortland where he became a full-time Residence Hall Director. After Cortland, Frank went to SUNY Geneseo, where he worked as an Area Coordinator, before coming to Oswego! Frank got his undergraduate degrees in Liberal Arts and Human Services Management from Alfred State. He recently received his Masters in Higher Education Administration from SUNY Brockport, and is currently working on his Doctorate degree at the University at Buffalo.  Frank is originally from the finger lakes area (Conesus NY). Franks hobbies include: Theater, playing video games, camping, Dungeons N' Dragons, Reading, and staying at home with his 2 cats.
