Graduate students who have missed a semester or more of study at Oswego must complete the Application for Readmission Form. This applies to both matriculated and non-matriculated students
Important Readmission Guidelines
- Inactive Status: Graduate students who have missed a semester or more of study at Oswego are considered an inactive student and must readmit for access.
- Time Away Matters: The length of your absence may impact your readmission eligibility.
- If a student steps away from their program for two or more years, they may be required to submit a new application. This decision is subject to review and approval by the program coordinator. Please note that all graduate programs must be completed within seven years of the original start date.
- Not applicable to non-matriculated students.
- Student Status: Must be in good academic standing (GPA 3.0) and have no holds on your account.
- Program Coordinator Approval: In some cases, we may need to reach out to your program coordinator before readmitting you.
