4:00 pm -5:30 pm STAY THE PATH - The Value of Connection, Accountability, Self-Compassion and Celebration for Personal and Professional Growth, Virtual
In this interactive session, Molly Keehn, Ed.D. and Angélica Castro, M.A., CPC, will guide you through interactive activities and share research-backed strategies to draw from for extra support during your journey as a graduate student. The workshop will include topics such as setting up accountability structures, practicing self-compassion and sustaining a celebratory focus as you pursue your goals.

Join the Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Kristen Eichhorn, for coffee or tea and share your graduate experience. Gratitude can help focus on the positive aspects of your education, such as the opportunities to learn new skills, the support from mentors and peers, and the personal growth they experience. Gratitude can also help you appreciate the value of your work and the contributions you make to society. By giving gratitude, graduate students can cultivate a sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in their academic journey.

Penfield Library will host an informal presentation of current faculty research fundamental to the SUNY Oswego standards of excellence.

Potential students can speak to Graduate Studies staff about application and funding options. Breakout sessions will be conducted by Graduate Program Coordinators who can help students determine if the curriculum and program are right for them.
