Serve as the primary employee and labor relations designee for employees and supervisors to proactively address and resolve workplace issues. Advise administrators, faculty, and staff on numerous areas of human resources management, providing support and oversight for a wide range of human resources functions, including employee and labor relations, learning and development, performance management, ethics compliance, human resources compliance, and legal issues that arise.
