For indoor facility reservations, when you arrive you must check in with the front desk where they will hold a member's SUNY Oswego ID for the entire reservation.
General Confirmation Guidelines:
It's the responsibility of the scheduler of the registered student organization to read the confirmation and to inform Campus Recreation, at least three business days in advance, of any and all changes to the reservation.
It's the responsibility of the individual scheduling space to communicate all confirmation details with the rest of registered student organization members.
Your group must vacate the reservation location by the listed reservation time on your confirmation.
The sponsoring organization agrees to be responsible for any special event costs such as room, equipment, sports officials, staff, or custodial fees; and the sponsoring organization agrees that it will be held financially responsible for all damages or harm to the facilities resulting from its use of the facilities.
The reservation leader must show ID to the desk staff, and all participants must check in by swiping at the desk.
If a group shows for their schedule reservation, but is unable to perform their activity due to lack of participation, after 2 occurrences, they will be asked to drop, use less time or reschedule for a more suitable space for that activity. Reservations should utilize the entire time they are scheduled. This will be monitored.

Due to the limited amount of space on campus, it's important that offices and organizations are considerate of others and notify Campus Recreation Staff when they will be canceling their events.
