Normal Operations
Classes in person and campus is open.
When this applies:
Campus remains open and classes are held in person.
What to expect:
- Campus buildings and CECS supported events operate as scheduled.
- Minor adjustments may occur to ensure safe access.
- Event sponsors are contacted only if weather impacts logistics.
- Temporary access changes are posted via digital signage.
Remote Instruction
Reduced building hours
When this applies:
The University shifts to remote instruction, but campus remains open.
What to expect:
- Marano Campus Center open 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Events outside building hours must transition to remote or be canceled.
- All student organization meetings must be remote.
- Ticket windows are closed; on-line sales remain available.
- Athletics and Campus Recreation practices outside building hours are typically canceled.
Essential Personnel Only
Campus is closed.
When this applies:
The University declares essential personnel only status.
What to expect:
- Marano Campus Center is closed.
- All CECS managed events are canceled.
- No in-person or remote events proceed unless formally approved.
- Ticket windows closed; online ticketing depends on event status.
- Student organization activities and practices are canceled unless approved.
