Crossroads Cafe & Grill

Located on the Main Level of the Campus Center across from the Welcome/Information Center. The Crossroads is a Cafe and Grill that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They offer made-to-order food items such as breakfast wraps and sandwiches in the morning. For lunch and dinner, they offer a build your own burger menu along with chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and hotdogs. Caribou brand coffee and bakery items are also available.

Located in the Food/Activity Court area on the Lower Level of the Campus Center the cutting board offers made to order subs, sandwiches, wraps and paninis. A variety of pizza slice options are also available daily.
Refresh

Located in the Compass on the second floor of the Campus Center. Refresh serves a variety of Frozen All-Natural Smoothies, Starbucks coffee along with an assortment of pastries.
Fusion Cafe

Located in the Nucleus of the Richard S. Shineman Center. The Fusion Cafe features the campuses only bagel bar. They also prepare fresh pressed panini sandwiches that rotate frequently. Freshly made grab and go salads, baked goods & other grab and go items are available as well. The fusion cafe has a Coca-Cola freestyle custom beverage machine & Seattle's Best Coffee.
Lake Effect Cafe

The Lake Effect Cafe is located in the Penfield Library (1st Floor). The cafe serves Starbucks full coffee and cafe menu, pastries, cold drinks, sandwiches, salads and entrees to go.
Laker Express Market

Located in the Food/Activity Court on the Lower Lever of the Campus Center. The Market offers a garden fresh salad bar & soups, along with many other varieties of grab & go quick-to-eat sandwiches/wraps, entrees, side dishes and pastries. The Market also offers an assortment of cold and hot beverages.
