CLASE Schools

The College of Liberal Arts Sciences and Engineering (CLASE) is organized into three schools that group related disciplines and academic departments into collaborative academic communities.

These schools bring together programs that share ideas, resources and opportunities for students to learn across disciplines. Within each school, students work closely with faculty, participate in research and applied learning and explore how their academic interests connect to careers and graduate study.

Start with a school to discover the departments, programs and experiences that shape the CLASE academic environment.

School of Engineering and Natural Sciences

Students in the School of Engineering and Natural Sciences explore how the world works through scientific discovery, quantitative thinking and technological innovation. Programs emphasize hands-on learning, experimentation and problem solving in laboratories, research environments and collaborative learning spaces.

Students work alongside faculty on research, design projects and applied learning experiences that prepare them for careers in science, engineering, technology and related fields.
