This scholarship was established by friends and family in memory of Dr. Gary Klatsky. Dr. Klatsky was a professor in the Psychology Department and the first director of the Human-Computer Interaction M.A. program at SUNY Oswego. Applicants must be a graduating SUNY Oswego senior accepted into / applying for the Master of Arts degree in Human-Computer Interaction at SUNY Oswego and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
