Christie Sommers ’73 of Scituate, MA, visited Students Helping Oz Peers (SHOP) pantry, committing $30,000 to endow the Christie Sommers ’73 Food & Clothing Pantry Forever Fund to address the most urgent health and well-being needs of our student body. The fund is distributed at the discretion of the Dean of Students Office to support initiatives such as SHOP. SHOP is a student-run, on-campus food and clothing pantry, providing students, faculty and staff with free essentials.
