If you received electronic format textbook accommodations you will need to give Accessibility Resources staff a copy of your class schedule. Once that is identified, a Document Conversion will be completed by staff and then you can pick up your material and sign the Receipt of Alternative Format and the Oswego State University Document Electronic Text Distribution Agreement. Please remember, it is your responsibility to purchase the textbooks.
Unavailable Electronic Format Books
If the textbook is not available in an electronic format the publisher will be contacted for permission to change the format of the book. At that point a student may be asked to bring their book in so that it can be cut, scanned and rebound. The book will then be returned back to the student along with the electronic version of the book.
Publishers have 15 business days to respond to our request; we encourage you to submit your request as soon as possible.
