SUNY Oswego at Syracuse is located in Clinton Square in the heart of downtown Syracuse, with convenient access to parking, restaurants, and nearby amenities. You may also hear the building referred to as The Atrium. The campus is located within a shared downtown building alongside other businesses and organizations.

Parking Options
Atrium Parking Garage
This public garage is located at the corner of Franklin and Washington streets, one block west of the Atrium Building, with an entrance on Franklin Street.
M&T Parking Garage
This garage is located just east of the Atrium, with an entrance from Washington Street. Please note that this garage closes at 7 p.m.
Municipal Parking Lot
A City of Syracuse metered lot is located directly south of campus, with entrances from both Clinton Street and Washington Street. Parking can be paid by cash or credit/debit card for up to two hours at a time. Drivers may also use the Whoosh app to manage parking from their phones.
Evening Parking
For evening classes, street parking in the surrounding area and parking in the municipal lot across from campus are free from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m.
