To access your bill, log into your MyOswego account. If you need assistance, email the Office of Student Accounts at [email protected] or call 315-312-2225.
Add Authorized Payers
More than one Authorized Payer can be added to an account.
- Log into MyOswego
- Select the Financial Services tab
- Select Student Accounts
- View/pay bill
- View/pay account
- A new window opens, scroll down to send a payer invitation
- Add first name, last name and email of who you want to view your bill (for example, a parent, sibling, or support person)
View your bill
- Log into MyOswego
- Select the Financial Services tab
- Select Student Accounts
- View/pay bill
- View/pay account
- A new window opens, select Statements
Set up a BankMobile refund
To set up a BankMobile refund, you will need your bank account number and routing number.
- Log into MyOswego
- Select the Financial Services tab
- Select Student Accounts
- Refund Setup
- If you already have a checking account, select Direct Deposit to an existing account and follow the instructions
Upload your health insurance waiver
This step can be done from your mobile device, for ease of uploading a photo of your insurance card.
- Log into SUNY Oswego's MyStudent Medical portal or scan the QR code below
- Select the Submit Waiver button (not the Enroll button)
- Fill out the form. The policyholder number and member number can be the same.
- Upload a copy of your insurance card
Accept Federal student loans
- Log into MyOswego
- Select the Financial Services tab
- Select Financial Aid
- Financial Aid for Current Students
- Award Offer, scroll to the bottom of the page
- Dropdown box: Accept Loans
- Select the gray Submit button (it will turn green hovered over)
Create an online account for uploading financial aid documents
- Log into SUNY Oswego's Verify My FAFSA portal
- Follow the instructions
Complete entrance counseling and MPN for Federal student loans
- Go to StudentAid.gov
- Under Popular Topics, select Complete Loan Entrance Counseling
- Sign in with your FSA ID and Password
- After finishing the Loan Entrance Counseling requirement, complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN) for Federal Student Loans
