The new Speak Up RF hotline has increased options for reporting fraud, waste, and misconduct. It preserves the option for complete anonymity while allowing an anonymous reporter to communicate with the investigative team, and can provide case updates to the reporter. This new functionality enhances communication, transparency, and supports proper and thorough review of anonymous complaints. There are three ways to access this hotline:

  • Visit the Speak Up RF hotline website
  • Call 800-461-9330 to speak confidentially to a representative
  • Text your concern to 518-351-6827

As always, should you have any questions please contact us at [email protected].

Direct Deposit

The Research Foundation for SUNY now has an option for direct deposit in regard to program related reimbursements, for example travel or supply cost reimbursements. This is not linked to payroll direct deposit, and can be canceled at any time. If an individual has not received travel or supply reimbursements in the past, please contact ORSP for a TIN/Supplier Number prior to submitting the ACH application.
