Emergency Request

Immediately call University Police at 315-312-5555 to report a life-threatening situation such as flooding, electrical hazards, or fire.

Urgent Request

Call Facilities at 315-312-3200 to report disruption of access, service, or utilities that will result in potential damage to campus physical assets, safety or security breach, or cancellation of a scheduled program.

Work Requests

Campus staff, faculty and residential students can submit Work Requests through the portal below. Requests are scheduled and prioritized in coordination with Facilities Maintenance Shops. Our staff work with campus customers to help identify and clarify their issues, provide updates on existing work requests, and assist with additional resources if needed. Services offered through Facilities include:

Transportation and Fleet Services

SUNY Oswego Fleet Services manages the daily operation of rental vehicles and provides the Campus Community an efficient and cost-effective means for reserving needed transportation. The fleet contains fuel-efficient sedans and 12-person passenger vans, which may be rented daily, weekly, or longer depending on availability. All vehicles are insured, and come with Roadside Assistance, and a Fuel Card.

Sustainability Ambassador Program

The Sustainability Ambassador Program (SAP) at SUNY Oswego is a network which functions to reinforce and broaden sustainable practices within campus buildings and beyond through peer education and collective action.

This newly created network of Ambassadors, facilities professionals, faculty, staff, and students, will support one another in assessing, identifying, and troubleshooting issues and celebrating achievements. To learn more about the program, please email Kate Spector, Campus Sustainability Manager.
