Browser Issues

You may receive an error that you cannot access a book. This may be a browser-related problem.

If these steps do not work, please contact the CTS Help Desk for assistance. 

Access Issues

If you are having access problems regarding your courseware account or the book not showing up in VitalSource, that could be a problem with one of the following:

  • Brightspace account email from a previous school (which may cause problems with VitalSource and publisher authentication)
  • Publisher account configuration issues

Contact the CTS Help Desk for assistance with ebook access issues. If you are having an issue logging into courseware with a publisher account, you will need to contact them to have them address the problem:

How to Set Up the VitalSource Link in Brightspace 

Please note - when using Pearson MyLab, Mastering or Revel, you must install the Pearson courseware link in Brightspace as well as the VitalSource link.
