Access Issues
If you are having access problems regarding your courseware account or the book not showing up in VitalSource, that could be a problem with one of the following:
- The instructor has not added the VitalSource link yet.
- Email your instructor to update your Brightspace course with the link.
- Brightspace account email from a previous school (which may cause problems with VitalSource and publisher authentication).
- Update your Brightspace email address with the SUNY Online Help Desk.
- Then, clear your browser cache and cookies for all time before trying to access the courseware again.
- Publisher account configuration/login issues, you will need to contact them to address the problem:

Please note - when using Pearson MyLab, Mastering or Revel, you must install the Pearson courseware link in Brightspace as well as the VitalSource link.
