Browser Issues
You may see an error that you cannot access a book. This may be a browser-related problem.
We recommend using Chrome to access RedShelf whenever possible. For Safari and Firefox, this may require two things to enable access. One is enabling cookies in the web browser, and the other is disabling a specific setting called 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.' This setting would stop RedShelf cookies and therefore should be disabled. Anyone using Firefox should enable cookies in the browser and disable the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" setting.
If these steps do not work, please contact the CTS Help Desk for assistance.
Access Issues
If you are having access problems regarding your courseware account or the book not showing up in RedShelf, that could be a problem with one of the following:
- Brightspace account (which will cause problems with RedShelf)
- Publisher account
Contact the CTS Help Desk for assistance with book access issues. If you are having an issue logging into courseware with a publisher account, you will need to contact them to have them address the problem:
