Browser Issues
You may receive an error that you cannot access a book. This may be a browser-related problem.
If these steps do not work, please contact the CTS Help Desk for assistance.
Access Issues
If you are having access problems regarding your courseware account or the book not showing up in RedShelf, that could be a problem with one of the following:
- Brightspace account (which will cause problems with RedShelf)
- Publisher account
Contact the CTS Help Desk for assistance with book access issues. If you are having an issue logging into courseware with a publisher account, you will need to contact them to have them address the problem:
