Hours of Operation

The Help Desk will work remotely if classes are cancelled, delayed, or moved to remote instruction due to severe weather. You may either call us at (315)312-3456, email [email protected], or submit a ticket through the Help Desk Client Portal for assistance.

  • Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

 

Exceptions:

  • Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve) - 8 a.m. to noon
  • Dec. 25 (Christmas Day) - Closed
  • Dec. 31 (New Year’s Eve) - 8 a.m. to noon
  • Jan. 1 (New Year’s Day) - Closed
  • Jan. 19 (Martin Luther King's Day) - Closed

Spring 2026: January 24-May 17

Opening Weekend: Jan. 24-25

Saturday: 12 p.m.-4 p.m.

Sunday: 12 p.m.-7 p.m.

 

Spring Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
 

Exceptions:

Mar. 16-20 (Spring Break): 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
