The New York State Superintendent Development Program is the longest-running superintendent development program in New York State, with a proven track record over its 25-year history.
Professional Development
SUNY Oswego's Leaders of Leaders Program is designed for today's educational administrators who are ready to take their leadership skills to the next level. Our Teacher Leader Academy is a professional growth opportunity offering the potential for career advancement by exploring leadership practices necessary to become a teacher leader.
Internships
At the conclusion of the EAD 695 Internship, students will be able to demonstrate:
- the development of a professional competency program related to the student's concentration and the internship experience;
- the evaluation of a professional competency program in the internship experience, supplying documented validation of competency.
As students progress through the internship program, you will need the following:
- Degree Candidacy Form (PDF)
- Applying to Graduate—CAS Students graduate in August, with the option to 'walk' in the May ceremony. Apply on-line, via MyOswego.
- Email the State Education Department regarding Internship Certificate Information.
