What is SHOP and how do I get involved?

Students Helping Oz Peers—or SHOP for short—was established in October 2016, as the SUNY system’s first student-run food and clothing pantry. SHOP offers non-perishable, frozen, and some refrigerated food items, toiletries, sexual and reproductive health products, and professional and winter apparel to students, faculty, and staff for free.

Located in the basement of Penfield Library, SHOP is a collaborative effort between on and off campus partners who recognize the need to address food insecurity on our campus. Learn more about how you can help out and donate by visiting Get Involved and Support SHOP, below.
