A dedicated campus leader and proud alumna, Nicole brings nearly three decades of experience in higher education technology, with deep expertise in client services, enterprise systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nicole began her career at SUNY Oswego in 1996 as an academic systems programmer and later worked as a network administrator.
