Michael is a proud alumnus of the State University Of New York at Oswego. He is originally from Long Island, New York, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Oswego as a member of the Class of 2022. He has a deep love for technology, helping others, and troubleshooting. He also has a deep love for radio. During his time at Oswego, he combined all of these passions in his role as Chief Broadcast Engineer of SUNY Oswego's fully student-run radio station, WNYO 88.9 FM. He is also an avid model railroader who loves all things trains.
Michael joined the Help Desk at SUNY Oswego full-time in August 2022, after working as a Help Desk Assistant during his time as a student at Oswego. The Help Desk Support Specialist is primarily responsible for providing Tier I support to the campus community for a range of technical services and applications on both PC and Macintosh platforms. They also conduct technical workshops for the campus community, create and maintain documentation and self-help materials in printed and online formats, and help develop new ways to offer support to technology users at SUNY Oswego.
