Amanda's responsibilities as the Help Desk Coordinator include supervision of the operations and staff of the CTS Help Desk, assisting first-line staff when workloads are high or additional expertise is needed, communicating technical news and service announcements through email, social media, and blogs, and conducting technical training for the campus.
Amanda received a BS degree in Sustainable Energy Management from SUNY ESF and an AS degree in Business Administration from Onondaga Community College.
