What I enjoy most about working with students:
I enjoy creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where students feel heard, understood, and
empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
My areas of focus/interests in counseling:
My interests include anxiety, stress, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and the mind-body
connection. (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
What I enjoy outside of work:
I enjoy spending time in nature, practicing yoga and mindfulness, creating art, and spending time
with my dogs and my family.
Advice I would give to my first-year self:
Trust yourself, give yourself permission to learn as you go, and remember that you don’t have to
have everything figured out.
