What I enjoy most about working with students:
This is a dynamic stage of growth and development and I like the curiosity students have about self and others.
What are your areas of focus or interests in Counseling?:
I like to focus on interpersonal development, purpose, and sense of belonging in families, friends, and larger systems.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Traveling with my 2 boys and husband, I try to go to New Orleans as much as I can!
What advice would you give to your first-year self?
Decrease worry as character and resilience is born from experiencing failure, being uncomfortable, and bouncing back with humility. Oh, and wear sunscreen!
