This selection of seldom-seen works spans the 1940’s through the present and hints at the infinite variety possible under the umbrella “abstract art”. Individual approaches range from gestural, emotive and expressionistic to cool, calculated and geometric. The exhibition includes gifts, college purchases and loans by two current students.
