Getting to SUNY Oswego
The scenic SUNY Oswego campus is located just 35 miles northwest of Syracuse and 92 miles east of Rochester on the southern shores of Lake Ontario, just west of the city of Oswego. The city of Oswego is located along Route 104 at the very end of Route 481 North.
Patrons visiting SUNY Oswego for events should access the campus from Route 104 and Sweet Road (main entrance).
Traveling from:
Points North: Take I-81 south to exit 34, Route 104 west. Follow Route 104 west through Oswego to the campus, located just past the city.
Points East: Take I-90 (New York State Thruway) west to exit 34A (vicinity of Syracuse). Proceed north on Route 481 through Fulton to Route 104 in Oswego. Follow Route 104 west through Oswego to the campus, located just past the city.
Points South: Take I-81 north to exit 16A (Syracuse). Proceed north on Route 481 through Fulton to Route 104 in Oswego. Follow Route 104 west to the campus, located just past the city.
Points West: Take I-90 (New York State Thruway) east to Exit 40 (Weedsport). Travel north on Route 34 to 104, then east (right) on 104 to the campus which will be just shy of Oswego.
