Led and delivered the opening remarks at the annual President’s Leadership Retreat, a two-day event bringing together 42 members of the University’s leadership team at our Syracuse Campus. The retreat served as a platform for strategic reflection and discussion on institutional priorities. Day one, led by Dr. Donna Linderman, SUNY’s Senior Vice Chancellor for Student Success, focused on “Reframing Student Success for Impact.” Day two shifted to “Enrollment Strategies, Challenges, and Opportunities,” facilitated by Dr. Michael Marshall, a consultant with the Institutional Thinking Group.
Provided remarks during the Advancing Completion through Engagement (ACE) Press Conference at our Syracuse Campus to celebrate the success of SUNY's ACE program, where SUNY Oswego has the largest cohort with 409 students across SUNY. Joined by Senior Vice Chancellor for Student Success Donna Linderman, who led the creation of the ACE program, State Senators Rachel May and Chris Ryan, who provided remarks at the event, Tina Zagyva representing Assemblymember Pamela Hunter, Vice President for Enrollment Management Cory Bezek, who hosted the event, and ACE students Rachael Rose, Jovani Robledo, and Liza Crouse, who shared their experiences with the program.
Held a Faculty Assembly leadership meeting with Faculty Assembly Chair Gwen Kay, Vice Chair Andrea Vickery, and Provost Furlong as part of shared governance.
