SUNY Oswego at Syracuse will will host an Instant Decision Day from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, for those interested in streamlined and affordable avenues to go back to school and complete degrees at the expanding downtown location.

SUNY Oswego at Syracuse to host Instant Decision Day on June 30

For those looking for an affordable and flexible way to complete their degree, SUNY Oswego at Syracuse, 2 Clinton Square in downtown Syracuse, will host an Instant Decision Day from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30.
 

At Instant Decision Day, visitors can learn more about financial support for education and Oswego bachelor’s degree options, with an opportunity to get on-the-spot admission to SUNY Oswego. 
 

Attendees with official or unofficial college transcripts are encouraged to bring them. No appointment is required. Visitors also can use the Common Application to apply for free at the event.
 

SUNY Oswego offers more than 140 academic programs across its main campus, online and Syracuse campus, SUNY Oswego at Syracuse offers strong bachelor’s degree completion programs in two popular majors: business administration and human development.
 

In addition, the campus now hosts an integrative professional studies (IPS) degree that was designed for working professionals, those raising families and others who can benefit from the flexible nature of the program and downtown Syracuse availability of classes. The IPS degree can count credit for prior learning for a customized and streamlined path to completion.
 

In addition to the bachelor’s degrees, SUNY Oswego at Syracuse also offers master’s degrees in adolescence education, biomedical health informatics, childhood education, educational leadership and mental-health counseling. This site also hosts a new 18-month master of business administration (MBA) program. 
 

“We know busy adults and working professionals need degrees that are flexible, supported, and affordable,” said Jill Pippin, dean of extended learning. “The June 30 event is designed to optimize their time. In a single, one-stop session, attendees can get all their questions answered and see exactly how achievable a SUNY Oswego degree really is.” 
 

Visitors to this event can receive validation for free parking in the Atrium Garage, 256 West Fayette St., Syracuse.
