SUNY Oswego uses the HelioCampus (AEFIS) application to coordinate collecting much of our data. This page provides resources for members of the SUNY Oswego community regarding this roll-out.

Department Planned ACTIONS Form

You may optionally complete the Department Planned ACTIONS aligned with Strategic Priorities 2025-26 form offline, before submitting it in HelioCampus.

Annual Reporting, Short Form 2024-25

Departments and Offices will receive an email confirming that the data collection form for the Annual Report, Short Form 2024-25 is open.
