Scott Steiger

Bio

His professional interests are in anything weather, but especially in teaching about snow and thunderstorms. Steiger get to experience both living in Oswego (near the snowiest place east of the Rockies - the Tug Hill) and storm chasing with students in the Great Plains of the United States. Major research projects include two funded by the National Science Foundation: the Lake Effect Electrification study and Ontario Winter Lake-effect Systems project.
