Sarah Bonzo

Bio

Sarah is an Associate Professor in the School of Business, where she teaches graduate courses in Health Systems and Operations Management. In addition to teaching and leading the MBA in Healthcare Administration, she is the CEO and Co-Founder of TagTeams, a communication platform designed to improve surgical team coordination within the operating room. She also consults with health systems as a patient flow and process improvement coach and instructor. Prior to joining SUNY Oswego, Sarah was the Director of the Transformation Management Office at Rochester Regional Health System. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan where she was the recipient of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship.
