Bryan brings over twenty years of Information Technology and Cyber Security experience to the classroom. Bryan has served in the United States Air Force for over eighteen years. During his professional career he has consulted for many New York State, Maryland, and Federal Agencies. He has served as the Lead Risk Assessor for USCYBERCOM as well as being a Senior Cyber Operations Planner. From 2015-2018 Bryan was the Chief Information Officer for the State of Maryland Treasurer’s Office.
Bryan has held many teaching positions and developed Undergraduate and Graduate classes for Rockefeller College, University at Albany, College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security & Cybersecurity, University of Maryland, College Park, and University of Maryland Global Campus.
