I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Business and Entrepreneurship. My academic background spans Entrepreneurship, Intellectual Property, Chemistry, and Art History. I apply this multidisciplinary lens to entrepreneurship research and teaching, with a focus on the changing nature of work in the new economy and its impact on entrepreneurship. My research has been presented at conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM), European Academy of Management (EURAM), and the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada (ASAC), where I received a best reviewer award.
Before joining SUNY Oswego, I spent over six years as a Corporate Researcher and Technical Recruiter for entrepreneurial firms in Boston, New York, and California. I began my professional career in STEAM fields, serving as a Live Presentations Fellow at the Museum of Science in Boston and as a Project Lead at the MIT Museum.
I am committed to research, teaching, and service. As a teacher, I embrace a constructivist approach focused on collaborative learning. My service philosophy is rooted in giving back to the communities and institutions that shaped me.
Outside of work, I am active in the art community and in local hiking and running clubs.
