FIN 325 - Corporate Finance
Hong Wan is Professor of Finance at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego, where he teaches courses in the undergraduate and MBA (in-class and online) program. His research is in empirical corporate finance and corporate governance. His work has been published in the Review of Financial Studies, Management Science, Journal of Corporate Finance and other academic journals. He received the Eastern Finance Association (EFA) Outstanding Paper Award in Corporate Finance, SUNY Oswego Provost’s Award for Scholarly and Creative Activity, Financial Management Association (FMA) Semifinalist for Best Paper in Corporate Finance, and Shanghai Conference on Finance and Entrepreneurship Best Paper Award. He has a PhD in finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Virginia Tech.
