"Nick Casale is a versatile designer, digital artist and educator with over a decade of professional experience crafting digital, print and motion graphics. After graduating from SUNY Oswego’s design program in 2007, he moved to Los Angeles to explore creative opportunities within the music industry. As a lifelong musician himself, Nick has always felt most at home designing in the space where music and art meet and luckily that’s where he’s been able to successfully focus his career.

Nick has had the pleasure of working on LiveNation’s ad team for several years designing print, digital and motion campaigns for artists like Snoop Dogg, Santana, Hanson and more. He regularly collaborates with a variety of guitar, amp and pedal companies designing products, packaging, UI/UX, software, merchandise, advertising and more. In addition, he’s currently the designer at Strymon (since 2015), a company that creates high-end musical equipment used by artists like Radiohead, Muse, John Mayer and countless other industry professionals.

Outside of his design work, Nick is also a passionate educator who loves helping students develop their craft and find their voice. Starting in 2011, he’s had the pleasure of creating an ongoing music-focused design program at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA where he’s helped over 2500 students do just that. In addition, Nick has authored and taught Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop curriculum at Emerson College’s Los Angeles campus.

With the recent explosion of remote opportunities and a decade of strong client relationships, Nick relocated with his family back to Upstate NY in Fall 2021 to continue designing and teaching.
