Digital Accessibility Steering Committee

SUNY Oswego is committed to creating an inclusive, accessible and welcoming environment for all stakeholders in the campus. In pursuit of these goals, the Digital Accessibility Steering Committee will oversee implementation of Electronic Information Technology (EIT) accessibility efforts on campus. The group is intended to be a driving force in creating a culture of inclusivity and accessibility consistent with Oswego’s mission.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee projects that ensure Oswego moves forward in creating an IT environment that is inclusive and accessible. This includes:

  • Set direction and goals
  • Develop policy and process
  • Create and assign budgets
  • Approve and oversee projects to completion
