2025 Quest:
Keynote speaker - Dr. Lars Rudstam
Dr. Lars Rudstam is a professor in fisheries and aquatic sciences at Cornell University. His talk connects nicely with SUNY Oswego's recent establishment of the Great Lakes Institute and as a partner in the landmark Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary, which earned federal approval in 2024.
The title of his talk is: “Ecological interactions in one of the world’s largest lakes – next door Lake Ontario – and thoughts on ecological forecasting”
His talk will be on Wednesday, April 23 in the Marano Campus Center auditorium from 1-2pm.
