Requesting items from another library is also referred to as interlibrary loan or resource sharing. This service is available to students, faculty, and staff, and most items are obtained at no cost to you.
Most interlibrary loan requests are processed through a system called Primo, while others go through a system called Illiad.
How to request items that Penfield Library doesn't own
Manage your requests
Use the links below to:
- Check the status of your request
- Access digital documents (articles, dissertations, etc.) you've received
- Renew (physical) items
This is your library card account. Try this first - most requests go through this system.
If you have never used Illiad before, you'll be prompted to enter your contact information. Make sure to use your campus address if you're a residential student!
