About classroom reservations
- If you would like to reserve a classroom for a series of events or meetings, please contact the Library's administrative assistant, Christina Briglin ([email protected]).
- Classrooms can only be reserved for educational or academic purposes.
- Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance.
- If you would like a librarian to work with your class, you do not have to reserve a classroom - the librarian will take care of that.

Classroom 101
Reservable? Only by faculty / staff
Capacity: 20
Description: This classroom features 20 computers for student use, plus an instructor station with PC, document camera, Blu-Ray player, and computer audio to support presentations. Food is not allowed in this room; drinks in closed containers are allowed.
Classroom 111
Reservable? Only by faculty / staff
Capacity: 20
Description: This room features 5 collaborative tables for groups of four, each with a computer workstation and laptop wireless display capabilities with a dedicated large-screen TV display, plus an instructor station with PC, Blu-Ray player, and portable document camera connectivity. Food is not allowed in this room; drinks in closed containers are allowed.
Classroom 215 / 217
Reservable? Only by faculty / staff
Capacity: 52
Description: This classroom has dual projection screens and single instructor station with PC, document camera, Blu-Ray player, and computer audio to support presentations. Microphones compatible with the sound system in this room are available at the Check-Out & Reserves Desk, to address difficulties some library users have reported with regards to hearing presenters in this room.
Furniture may be rearranged as needed, but must be returned to the original arrangement following the class or event.
