Director of Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment and Professional Development of the Seneca Falls Central School District
Jodie Verkey is currently the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment and Professional Development of the Seneca Falls Central School District, Seneca Falls, NY and has served in this role since 2016. She previously served as the Waterloo Middle School Assistant Principal in Waterloo, NY, and as an elementary teacher. She was recently recognized by receiving the Genesee Valley ASCD Curriculum Development Award in 2021. She was also the recipient of the Discovery Education DENny Award in 2018, Oswego EAD Readling Award in 2016, and the Oswego EAD Linda Tinelli Sheive Award, also in 2016.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, Jodie serves on the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES Personalized Learning Conference planning committee and Mynderse Academy Athletic Hall of Fame Committee.
